Our coffee is imported from one of the best places on earth for coffee beans to flourish. Veracruz is one of the four coffee-growing districts in Mexico, producing a quarter of the country's coffee! Its coastal plains might fool you at first, but they climb steeply into elevated mountainous terrain that provides those perfect growing conditions for our Arabica coffee beans.
100% Arabica coffee, cultivated at an average height of 1200 m.s.n.m. Washed in a wet mill with mechanical drying.
Conchitas is one of the many variations of pan dulce or sweet bread. Conchitas are sweet bread rolls with a sort of crunchy frosting topping, traditionally seen in 3 colors. Pink, white, and brown. Soft and airy inside, only way to know what they taste like is to order one for yourself!
